They say one thing to your face and another in meetings. They act like they care and they do not. Promised a comm structure and never got one. The office culture is toxic. A lot of backstabbing and gossiping. The team itself is rude. All staff talk about each other and gossip and then acts nice to each others face. Nobody is happy at the company so people just moan and complain 24/7. Micromanagement from sales managers particularly the UK counterpart of the business.
