Completamente remoto se ti piace lavorare da casa. Gli ingegneri sono davvero simpatici e intelligenti. Il bel team HRBP ha sempre fatto del suo meglio per supportare il team di ingegneri durante quei momenti difficili (purtroppo se ne sono andati tutti). Ti divertirai quando piaci al tuo manager e riceverai un ringraziamento per aver trascorso l'intero fine settimana su 15 compiti P0 assegnati a te venerdì pomeriggio con scadenza lunedì.

Svantaggi

Alcuni PM e Designer sono il dio dell'azienda, ma qui gli ingegneri sono trattati come cittadini di classe inferiore. Dovrai scrivere codice privo di bug senza abbastanza tempo per scrivere i test. Speriamo che la passione per l'eccellenza e il senso di urgenza lo facciano accadere.

Working as a Software Engineer at Jerry.ai honestly feels like being in a constant sprint with some of the sharpest minds I’ve met. The dev culture here is wild, people think fast, build fast, and expect results that actually matter. You’re given full ownership of your projects, from design to deployment, and it’s super satisfying seeing your code go live within days. The engineering problems are legit interesting too we’re talking large-scale optimization, performance tuning, and automation challenges that push you to think beyond just syntax. I really vibe with the “figure it out, ship it, and iterate” mindset. It’s high-energy, collaborative, and full of those late-night “wait, that actually worked?” moments.

If you’re someone who values crystal-clear direction and structured workflows like me, Jerry.ai might feel a bit overwhelming at times. The company’s still scaling, so processes can feel rough around the edges and sometimes documentation lags behind features, and it’s easy to get lost juggling multiple priorities. Communication across teams can get tricky too, especially when everyone’s moving a mile a minute. You learn to sync fast and over-communicate, but it takes a bit of adjusting. Also, because expectations are high, imposter syndrome can sneak in when you’re surrounded by brilliant people. But if you take it as motivation instead of pressure, you’ll grow faster than anywhere else.
