      This is my first time working in a startup and I have been working in Jet for 3 months now and it have been the job of my dream. It is growing so fast and there is so much to innovate on you will never run out of work well if that is what you are looking for. Snacks and beverage is loaded up I am eating more healthy stuffs since joining Jet. I eat about 3 fruits a day. Work place is great the people who I work with are great.

      No 401k or signup bonus this is because I guess the company is basically still a startup. However even these are cons it makes up for with stock-options.

      Great companies are built by great people. Glad to hear you're enjoying your first taste of start-up life. Never running out of work is surely true, the team really pushes each other to innovate, so work doesn't feel like "work". We don't have a singup bonus as our transparent salaries keep everything fair and open—No room to have favorites. As for 401k, we do have that so check with your talent rep on how you can get set up.       The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
