The people and the company are really great! It makes it fairly easy to go into work first thing Monday morning! With the recent acquisition by Walmart there really is some great opportunity here and the only place we can go from here is up! There is a fair amount of PTO that is given to all employees that is usually given up front and can use before it is actually accrued. The new office building is really amazing and they provide some awesome things for us include free soda coffee and snacks!

With Jet being a start up company most other departments that take on more of a work load there usually is not much of a benefit to it when it comes to compensation. Too many "lateral moves" I have been patient and excited to see what can come with the lateral moves but feel it would be more appealing to some if there were a bump in pay to apply for these positions. We may be missing out on some really great talent because of this. Along with the fact that it is a start up it is hard to see what the future holds for us like where we can be and what kind of timeline we can expect or plan for personal growth.

I am so glad you see how great our leadership team is, I think they are also truly amazing. You know how I feel about creating personal connections with our employees, your my team, my family. With our building finishing the final touches each of the leadership will be more available (even if it just the fist bump). I understand your feelings about leveling, as this feedback has been given from others as well. We assure you that we are committed to creating these models, and just got distracted by moving into our new building, and our recent acquition. I think the company party we just had is a great start to reconnect with the team. Our new office is pretty sweet, and I LOVE the new arcade room, along with all of the perks! Thanks for taking the time to reaffirm the great things that we do. Changes many of you have been looking for will be taking place soon, really because of the feedback that were presented with.
