      Everyone is so concerned about their "NUMBERS" that they don't care if they are doing a good job. This is exactly the mentality for which I left Amazon!

      I appreciate you reaching out with your feedback, it sounds like you have some frustrations and I’d like to get to the bottom of those. I do have to mention that we air conditioned the entire warehouse mid-summer because of the high temps.       The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
