      Expect you to work 14 hours a day. No guidance. No career path. No leadership from upper management. Hire managers who don't know how to manage. You aren't running a business, just going around in circles. Spend 95% of your time working for Walmart, not Jet.

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
