Strict Attendance Policy (excellent employees being fired over the attendance policy) Enjoyable atmosphere is slowly dying Quantity over Quality is slowly becoming priority Company doesn't operate in line with core values of Trust, Transparency, and Fairness Insurance benefits are terrible Acquisition by Walmart appears to be changing the company for worse Each system update is counter intuitive and increases workload for employees Partner Operations department does not receive the support/attention it highly needs Management has been disrespectful to employees as of late causing severe drop in employee morale Promise of positive changes/fixes that never happen
