Not a stable work environment. Full time one week, less than 20 hours the next week. When works slow they force you to clock out under “VTO” (voluntary time off) even if it’s not voluntary. They give you no information about when things will speed up so most of us are looking for second or a more stable job. They just shut down the whole entire warehouse across the street because of lack of business
