There is also a noticeable lack of presence from top leadership. It is difficult to feel aligned with a company when leadership is rarely visible or engaged with the team, which contributes to the overall feeling that employees are just a number rather than valued contributors.
The culture can shift quickly, and when things change, support from management is not guaranteed. Job security feels uncertain, and long-term commitment does not appear to be rewarded.
