The main thing for me is after 11 years at Jet2.com i feel Valued in my work, everyone works together as one team and the support is always there should it be needed. The company really appreciate their staff and this is shown through company benefits on offer, this includes Company Profit share, Sharesave scheme, health and wellbeing benefits. Additional holidays for birthdays and years of service are recognised along with Yearly pay increases. One thing that will always stick with me is when we faced our toughest times through covid the company stepped up even though the support from the government was there the company still topped up wages a little more even when we had no revenue, they kept in communication with us on updates and even after returning to work from Covid and recovering they still managed to give staff a payrise and then a little later rewarded staff with a £1000 Bonus too. If you feel you want to move into something different within the company this is praised and accommodated if allowable and not frowned upon. Training courses are offered for various roles and if you have an away from base course hotel and hire cars are provided and you will always be put up in a excellent accommodation along with staff company travel expenses. For me Jet2.com is a Job for life for me.
