Pay is horrible, with all the emails and keeping up to date on procedures you feel like you work 24/7. Benifits would be good if you could use them. You have to sell your soul to get time off. Benifits don’t make up the difference for low pay. Compliance is unreachable so you never get full bonus. Talk time out of control. You can’t assist the customers and get your bonus one or another. Customers are 90% of the time rude, because of all the fee changes.
