Not for everyone - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso JetBridge

I was a technical sourcer at JetBridge and it was hard. Many of the recruiters are actual software developers so it means you’re going to have to ramp up your technical knowledge quickly.The people are demanding but helpful but it’s really hard to get a job here as a developer. Most of the developers fail the technical tests which are live programming sessions.TBH there are easier sourcing jobs out there at firms where their standard for hiring are much lower (and easier to get your hired bonuses).

CEO thinks he's perfect or close to perfect but he is definitely not even close to a decent CEO. This is the reason why when someone post a negative review, he would then reply back and say it didn't happen or it's your fault. He really got too much self pride to be replying to these rating when it is our honest feedback and opinion, so learn how to accept it and make some changes or continue to tank your company's rating. Your company is decent but you suck as a CEO, so please admit it. The engineers may be getting what they want but he treats most of his other employees like dirt and think highly of himself. Don't work for this company - run unless your manager is not this CEO which I highly doubt it because this CEO likes to control everything and be part of everything as he thinks he's the best!
