- Work with some young, talented individuals - Beautiul office space and great location - Very cool and innovative product that you will be able to experience from time to time.

Svantaggi

- No room for growth - Constantly having to lie to and inform clients of benefits being stripped from their memberships. (Gets extremely tiring after awhile, especially once you've built relationships with these individuals.) - Commission and salary checks often delayed - Absolutely no transparency - Little work/life balance (you will have to work weekends and have on call shifts) - Low base salary and commission cut nearly 75% over the past 9 months unless you hit unrealistic goals. - Little to no interaction with management unless you are favored. - Extremely high turnover rate.

Cool Industry and great business idea conceptually with the ability to make tons of money if you are in sales and work really hard. The offices here are very modern and comfortable. Majority of employees are good people. Occasional private jet flight if you get approval (which is rare)

Extreme decision-making bottleneck. Only about 3 people in the company are making decisions, even on minuscule day to day decision. This, along with other factors, has led to tapered growth. Constant change in the service has scared off a lot of new and existing clients, so sales have dipped significantly. Customer Service for clients is not the most reputable I have seen, I've seen better customer service at Wal-Mart. Industry chatter about JetSmarter's sustainability is negative. Top management puts very little effort into employee retention, resulting in very high turnover for every department. Management tends to recruit middle management and top management from other companies, so very little internal career growth should be expected.
