Some of the best management I've ever worked with!

I cannot think of any, 10/10 place to work truly!

Good pay with benefits but you pay alot for mediocre health insurance. Paid time of is generous once you have some time in. Being able to take the time off depends on the current manpower. The job itself depends on your location & how many people at that station. This company gets by with less than the minimum people required for coverage. You are on call so you are either: 1 kicking back :, 2 covering the calls without much problem:, 3 your back is against the wall, prioritizing who you go to next & no matter what you do, expect a attitude. All in all the pros out weigh the cons.

The airlines and this company preach safety but the truth is all the airlines real goal is get the flight out on time, if not on time then as soon as possible above and beyond anything else. The safety side of it takes a back seat & is not an issue until you make a mistake. The pressure at times is intense & the airlines add to this with the relentless interruptions by operations, the flight crew, another customer wanting service, It goes on and on & you cant say anything about it. The last thing on their mind is safety & all they care about is the report they have to make why the flight was late. Airline representatives will say anything to cover themselves & if that means throwing you under the bus, they will, and do just that. JETT PRO's attitude is the customer is always right, so don't expect any backup from management. What you can expect by JETT PRO is a demand for a written statement.
