Senior management is not at all good, they will make you work like slave pay you like pennies, and also block your bonus because of low performance and HR's are the worst they will not listen to you, delay all the things

Our compensation is above market average, and our bonus policy is transparent: we never block bonuses arbitrarily—only in the rare event of a significant and documented performance issue. Clarity and fairness are part of how we lead.

Employee monitoring software (Teramind) is used in a way that feels intrusive to many staff members.
Staff have been terminated without prior notice or proper severance.
There have been instances where salaries were reduced or withheld, and bonuses were not paid as promised. For the Bonuses they call it as a bonus, although they deduct 10% of the employees' monthly salary and pay at the end of the year which can be deducted anytime and there are some cases where they delay by 8 to 9 months and then release the amount.
Internal leadership teams frequently argue with each other, creating a hostile work environment.
