Jim Keras is one of the only automotive dealerships in the Memphis area that did not lay any employees off due to COVID. On top of that they made sure that all employees received compensation while other dealership were shut down. They strongly believe from promoting from with in, and almost all management grew from starting positions with in the dealerships.
