      This place is going downhill fast. Managers don’t care what’s going on. Good workers get punished with more work and lazy workers still just do minimum. Used to be a good place to work for, not anymore. The more you make the more they want to take away. Don’t want you to hit your bonus and will raise units so you don’t

      Poor management. Constantly talking down on employees. This manager also manages far too much. They tend to put lots of stress on employees, which causes a very negative work culture.
