      Sono entrato in Jimdo qualche mese fa e sono ancora davvero sorpreso dalla quantità di persone straordinarie e competenti che lavorano qui. Come EM, non è sempre facilissimo trovare un posto dove imparare e crescere. In Jimdo ci sono molte sfide, come nella maggior parte delle aziende del mondo tecnologico, ma qui c'è sempre lo spazio per imparare dai fallimenti, un percorso di apprendimento chiaro e organizzato per i manager e, cosa più importante, i manager sono davvero qui per supportare e aiutarti, sempre. Questo mi rende davvero orgoglioso e felice.

      Svantaggi

      In questo momento il mercato tecnologico è ancora in una fase in cui molte aziende stanno cambiando la propria organizzazione interna, e anche Jimdo sta cambiando, in molte aree. La mia sensazione è che siano tutti cambiamenti positivi e stiamo migliorando sempre di più, ma siamo ancora in una fase di evoluzione.

      Jimdo is a place filled with talented, dedicated people who are myopically focused on achieving their mission of helping their customers be successful. If you're a person looking to learn new skills, take on additional responsibility, be challenged by complex projects and develop your career, this is THE place for you to be. Additionally, Jimdo is incredibly flexible and treats their employees like humans, values diversity, asks for employee's opinions, is super transparent and invests in their employee's development.

      Svantaggi

      Jimdo is in a period of transition and change (almost all for the better). However, you have to know that, and want that. As examples, policies evolve, new people are hired, new products are always launched, tests occur constantly, etc. If you are looking for a place that will allow you to skate by without hard work, this is NOT the place for you.
