Even after hitting those goals, management refused to honor the promise and insulted employees for requesting what was earned. Conflicting Business Strategies: The web manager frequently pushed aggressive discounting on luxury products, undermining the brand’s premium positioning and causing internal conflicts. The product is good and some people are nice.

This company does not understand the value of the product they are creating or who they need to be marketing to. Compared to the other brands under the parent company, Jimmyjane is luxury and they do not see that. Additionally, it is very hetero-male heavy despite most of the products marketed toward women and homosexual men. They lack the finesse and perspective to both design and effectively sell products
