Truly a sinking ship! The way they have treated staff over the last 18 months has been nothing short of horrendous. Everyone in fear of losing their jobs. Work culture is non existent and no attempt to change it. The fact they advertise jobs saying they are a “company of heart” is beyond a joke! Good luck drowning to anyone who stays. The way they treat customers and the lack care is really sad to see. We had such loyal customers but it’s a “they have to pay more or we will cut them off” type attitude. Can see a lot of customers leaving as there is no longer the support to keep them going.

We have had a ton of brain drain over the last year, especially in support for the Low code platform. We have brought in some really talented people to assist, but this will always be a concern.
