Job security is a significant concern. Employees can be terminated with little warning, which makes the role risky for those with financial responsibilities or dependents. In my experience, some employees with years of service were let go over issues that might have resulted in coaching, performance discussions, or HR warnings at many other companies. Compensation and career progression are limited, particularly for employees hired through international payroll and outsourcing partners outside the United States. These roles can sometimes feel disconnected from core decision-making despite years of contribution. Many positions are highly KPI-driven, creating constant pressure to meet monthly targets. Responsibilities, expectations, and reporting structures can change quickly with limited employee input. As a result, it can be difficult to build a long-term career path compared to larger multinational organizations.

Employees are under a lot of pressure because of management's unreasonable expectations! They don't even bother providing us with any support; the most they do is yell at us whenever we mess up, but when we do a good job, we don't get any recognition! It's hard to stay motivated when you're treated as nothing more than a tool to be used...
