We are making genuine, positive changes for the betterment of our AMs and inside sales team. There’s a lot of opportunity on the table. I’m happy overall with my work and support.

It’s a tough job if you’re not willing to be on campus, run your own pipeline and make calls. Research of your leads is a necessity, not necessarily a con.

Every minute spent here felt like a harsh lesson. One of the clearest lessons was realizing how much work life balance had been taken for granted.

. The workloads are brutally excessive and completely draining. . Employees are constantly expected to complete far too much work in far too little time. . Work life balance is treated like a joke and is not respected at any level. . Personal boundaries are routinely ignored with constant pressure to take on more and more work. . The demands feel never ending with no real relief or pause.
