Applying for a virtual position was simply so daunting but I feel since I have joined Job Duck, my mental health and perspective of what a healthy work environment entails have certainly shifted and all for the better! I enjoy the freedom the hours allow me to have and the fact I get to do something I love, all while from the comfort of my own home and space is definitely a plus! I was worried that working online from home would also take all of the 'human' element out of normal office interactions, but I have never felt closer to a team than I do now!

Sometimes the hours - even though I do really love them - can deter me from enjoying certain celebrations as we work from all over the world, I am not based in the time zone Job Duck operates in, but it only means I enjoy time spent with family and friends more! So not really a negative here!
