Management is aloof, dressed up, self-absorbed and socially incompetent. The CEO demands a lot of personal commitment all under the flimsy guise of pseudo-self-organization. Which in the end just means: just do it, but when push comes to shove, I'll leave you alone. This ends in total chaos and everyone works against each other instead of with each other. Hands off!
