Lack of experience in the senior technical managers, unclear meetings everyday, tech leads do not take or value your inputs, senior staff do what they want instead of listening to younger or more prepared engineers, no respect for junior developers, no technical vision.

Working as an Onsite Manager with Job&Talent has been a rewarding and fast-paced experience.
