- Jobandtalent needs to focus first and foremost on sales at the moment. There is no time for people management, engagement, development. They might have problems with retention in 2017. - Endless working hours, bad management, lack of interest in people.

Working as an Onsite Manager with Job&Talent has been a rewarding and fast-paced experience. The role provides strong exposure to operations, workforce management, and client partnership, which has allowed me to grow significantly both professionally and personally. Job&Talent empowers onsite leaders to truly own their site — from onboarding and attendance management to employee relations and day-to-day problem solving.
