Where do I begin? This company and their leadership has caused literally hundreds of employees to be in financial, mental, and emotional turmoil for months. Since November of last year, 2023, not a single employee within the company has been paid on time. First it started out as just being paid a few days late. Then it progressed to being paid a full week late, then a full two weeks late, then nearly a full month of none of us receiving our DUE paychecks due to "cash flow problems." The amount of mental and financial turmoil this company has put their employees in from their leadership team making poor business decisions and spending money on "cutting-edge recruiting technology" that none of us ever even saw, is absolutely unreal. The company is in debt to a lot of organizations, owing thousands upon thousands of dollars to contract organizations, etc. to the extent that they literally cannot pay their employees due to having no cash flow at all. The negative reviews on here are not from bitter, ex-employees just looking to cause a fuss. These reviews are very real and anyone reading this should take heed of them and never consider working for or with this company in any way. Not only was there constantly a lack of communication on when we would even be paid and lack of leadership CARING about us as human beings trying to make a living, but they have committed ILLEGAL practices by not paying employees for time already worked. Literally breaking the law and they never showed even a hint of remorse or true concern for any of us! I am very thankful to finally be out of this situation and this company. I know I speak for so many of us when I say that this company has literally traumatized hundreds of people financially and emotionally and I truly hope the leadership is ashamed of themselves and their decisions.
