The company recently underwent a very badly executed restructure. Excessively high workloads, toxic and aggressive clients, dysfunctional operational processes and poor communication on changes across the organisation. Below market salary. A lot of reactive management but absolutely no leadership demonstrated by the executive team. Absolutely not worth the toxic stress endured in working in client services or this organisation.
