I was slightly put off by the negativity here (most of which is irrelevant since it’s not employees leaving the reviews), but a few months into my experience at JobLeads, I have to say - I’m very positively impressed! The company has the stability of a well-established organization but startup-like agility. It’s remote, flexible, and offers some nice benefits. You get top hardware and all needed software to do your best work. The product is constantly improving, and everyone genuinely wants it to do well. What’s the coolest is that you are surrounded by some exceptionally smart people who are highly passionate about their projects. From my teammates to the founders, everyone I talked to has come across as very cool. I’m happy to be part of such an organization.
