The people in the department were nice. They have a private carpark so parking isn't an issue. Good place to learn.

HR depardment were borderline draconian. They required that every second be mapped even if you were delayed getting in by a couple of minutes, if you did this too many days in a row then this would trigger a "Review". In the entire time i worked there I didn't get a pay rise even though I got a promotion.

They expect you to work hard and get results but reward hard working can do people. If you want your day to go quickly and somewhere to learn this is the place.

It is based in Tiptree, Essex but if you have a car not really an issue.
