Where to start. None-existent leadership, with "managers" who have no clue what they are doing, and in order for them to justify their position they micro-manage the everloving life out of you as an employee - to the benefit of no one. After they merged with the Danish (formerly known as Graduateland) company, things just went south. Insane prices for basically a product that doesnt work (it used to, until we were introduced to some french mediocre sham-site that we were supposed to push to customers, both new and existing). Now, two years later, almost everyone has been fired from the danish branch and its just a shell of what it once was. Avoid at all costs. Salary is really bad. Leadership is none existant. Expectations grossly above what should be accepted. Just, dont bother applying to this company.
