Vantaggi

Excellent culture, competitive benefits, wonderful colleagues, leadership who actually listens and tries to do the right thing, accessible managers. You know how most companies pay lip service to company culture? Not Jobber, no ma'am. Jobber actually walks-the-walk when it comes to company culture. I've never felt more listened to by leadership at any company I've worked for. I feel like Jobber rolls with the punches so well that I often feel like they've realized their employees want/need something before I've even realized it myself. Jobber is doing well in the covid-economy and has adapted with a work-at-home policy that I appreciate and has done a lot to try to mitigate employee burnout. They've also really tried to bring us the great company in-person events, remotely during this time and have been really successful at it, in my opinion.

Svantaggi

Could do with a bit more transparency, for example, I'd love to see an internal breakdown of compensation across gender, race etc. lines -- I bet Jobber is doing the right thing, but the transparency would be awesome

Vantaggi

Not a single positive during my time at Jobber

Svantaggi

- Leadership has ZERO strategy to compete against the other players in the market. - Way too many convoluted processes that slow everyone down - They will recruit you from another company and then let you go with absolutely no notice or reason

Vantaggi

Strong product-market fit Good benefits Helpful coworkers Good resume builder for SaaS sales

Svantaggi

If you have strong sales experience, think carefully before joining. Inbound is a grind with inflated targets, low attainment, and compensation that doesn’t justify the workload. Most reps either quit or get pushed out quickly. The real surprise is when someone actually lasts. Morale is low, turnover is constant, and the pressure never stops. Management talks heavily about culture, but at the end of the day this is a compensation issue. Reps are expected to carry impossible numbers while being heavily micromanaged every step of the way. The company has a good product and some good people, but the sales structure feels designed around replacing reps rather than retaining them. Anyone who succeeds here long term has my respect. The environment is far tougher than leadership seems willing to admit.
