Management has been encouraging staff to post pre-scripted positive reviews on Glassdoor since a few (very honest) opinions about what a mess this company is have come to light. The Jobillico slogan is "You'll be Happier" which is ironic because management fails to see how unhappy people are working there. They fire people without warning in hopes of making examples out of those people. They represent themselves as a "new" company but they've been around for 7 years. This is just another strategy to trick new employees into thinking success is just around the corner. There is no strategy in the sales department beyond cold-calling. All focus is on booking demos but there are no strategies to retain their clients. Nobody cares about the product so even if you convince the company to try it free for a year, they will probably not use it and not want to buy the paid membership.

Thanks for the feedback and review, we're glad that you enjoyed the couch, coffee and air conditioning! We'd like to disagree on the green walls comment but now is not the time for that. We are working hard to make an effort in improving ourselves by seeking feedback from our team members. Now, we are saddened that you feel this way as we work hard to create an environment where people are valued and feel empowered to succeed and grow. Certainly, there are times where unpleasant decisions have to be made but we would like to make it absolutely clear that we don't make those decisions lightly nor do we utilize as a means of control. If that was how you perceived it, then we are genuinely sorry and we will make it a point to explore options so that this misunderstanding does not persist. Now, we are the first to admit that we started our adventure 7 years ago in the province of Quebec. That being said, just nearly two years ago we expanded our operations to include all of Canada, that in itself provided unique challenges for us as we worked towards achieving our national ambitions. Over the past three months we have definitely seen quite a few changes as we have transitioned to what we believe as the next phase of our sales development process. We will continue to work hard to better position ourselves and our product so that we can continue to see the growth that we have been.
