Directors and their cliques (all female) are atrocious to be around. If you're not in their little gang you are simply ignored. Directors seem to favour certain staff members (female) Directors have no leadership skills No communication No development or progression Bad payers (you will be better paid , in the same role, elsewhere in the city) Directors spend all their time with certain staff members they favour. 6 people have left in as many months, all for the same reasons (see above)
