I'm bias because I'm currently working at JobsLab and a lot of what I've personally been working on has been implemented by the company. It's a young start up with a very strong team culture. Startups are not for everyone, there are a lot of challenges, but people make a company, and the people I work with have made my experience fun. The company expanded its tech team and so there are lots of opportunities to get involved in tech development for those who don't have an IT background.

The biggest con is that it's a startup. That's a whole black box of issues on a day to day basis. But every company has to start somewhere, and I think the company direction is reasonably solid. Time will tell but I'm enjoying the ride so far.
