Vantaggi

Jobsity supports you in the process for being approved by a client, then supports you in any communication, requests, etc. (i.e. PTO/sick leave) Great clients. Very flexible and organized remote work. Great work/life balance.

Svantaggi

If a client decides to close their relationship with Jobsity, as a contractor you are left without support for finding a new client or project, so you need to find yourself a new job. Not much growing opportunity since you're a contractor for your specific role, and not enabled for promotion on a client organization.

Really flexible schedule overall. Good environment

Really depends on if the client/project sucks. In my experience the project was one of the worst software projects I've seen in my life. Also, if you get into an issue with the customer there's no clear way for you to handle it (in terms of who to call or dispute).
