The commission structure & KPI changed. Supposedly is every month you get commission, for the first 2 months I joined, I wasn't able to hit the KPI but on the third month I did hit the kpi but I still didn't get the commission because they suddenly change the KPI structure twice. The recent structure is you need to consistently achieve KPI for 3 months in a row to get the commission. Unfortunately I fail due to inconsistent performance, For example, even if you unable to achieve the KPI this month but in the next 2 months you overachieve your KPI, it won't count since this month performance is not good.
