Trustpilot reviews were similarly manipulated — employees were encouraged to offer incentives for positive reviews or selectively direct only satisfied users to leave feedback, skewing the company’s public perception. When I was expecting my daughter, I had a direct conversation with the CEO to ensure my job was secure. I was reassured that I was a top performer and had nothing to worry about. I was laid off the following week. This organization prioritizes growth at the expense of integrity, transparency, and basic decency. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
