If you’re considering working for Jogan Inc. (formerly Jogan Health Solutions), you might want to think twice. This company, which now also owns and operates a gentleman's club, has become a source of embarrassment for many of its employees, who constantly find themselves belittled and disrespected by leadership. The toxic environment starts at the top, where leadership dismisses employees' efforts daily, claiming they aren’t doing enough—no matter how hard they work. One senior manager even insisted that salaried employees should work a minimum of 60 hours a week, despite offering no additional compensation or support. Raises or cost-of-living adjustments? Don’t hold your breath. Employees haven’t seen either in years, despite ongoing inflation and increased living costs. Many were promised bonuses, only to have them yanked away later due to leadership’s poor decisions. If that’s not enough, HR is completely overwhelmed with EEOC complaints and other employee-related issues, and rather than fix the internal chaos, leadership keeps acquiring new, low-quality companies in Colorado and Nevada. It’s as if they’re focused on growth at all costs, while neglecting the people who keep their operation running. To make matters worse, they recently removed the 401k benefit, stripping away one of the few long-term perks employees had left. This is not a company that values its employees you’re better off unemployed than working here.
