Research here is top standard and the groups tend to be filled with professional and friendly people

Cannot think of anything general

It is so far one of the best research centers I've been. It has by far the most cutting-edge technology, incredibly talented PIs, as well as other peers and PhD students, good for networking and they also provide nice trainings and courses to develop news skills.

Work-life balance is not the best. The prevailing work culture here appears to normalize extended working hours and frequent weekend presence.
