Just absolute chaos please take caution !!! I’m sure it was a great place at one point but it’s falling apart. Structurally, supportively, management / lack of it. Leaving new people with no clue what’s going on with ridiculous expectations. Assistants doing senior roles, no one knows what’s happening. People high up abandoning ship. Just pls pls be cautious. If you’ve worked in EXTREMELY chaotic places and are senior I’m sure you can handle the junior design roles and if you’re ok with zero direction or management and a consistently moving target for work. Then the people being nice mixed with all of that may be ok for you. But stress wise, pls choose wisely ! It’s not worth it. I really needed work but nothing is worth that environment. Far from a partnership
