Poor pay, it only goes up by max 2% if your lucky, once I got 13p and hour rise! Even with 20 years experience in IT, learning and development and Management you get stuck in a store and you won't escape. They go on about better jobs for Partners, but they don't value experience or views. Bonus and profits have dived and daily you get involved in sorting customers deliverys which have gone wrong and no one takes responsibility!
Jobs you apply for are earmarked for Partners already in those teams and you have no chance of breaking through. You take your time and money going to these but they are a waste of time. Silver medalist pot is pointless as when you pass the benchmark no one calls you or invites you for a chat about the job! What's the point!
They no longer care about Partners and waiting for feedback for interviews is a nightmare... Sometimes you wait 14 days for an answer on your application, very down heartening .
I loved this business so much however it is now full of disappointment and regret.
Everyone will realise in the end that there is no progression, opportunities or real tangible learning.
Visits from Head office Partners, make you feel inferior and dismiss any ideas of improvement... They have to prove every project will work regardless of the results or partner experience.
Work life balance is zero as a manager and you get emails and messages on your day off
