Where do I begin... • Toxic work culture. When you're dreading logging into your email something is wrong. • Leadership roles filled by people totally out of their depth - No real leadership. • Nobody owns their mistakes and will happily pass the buck to someone else and/or push them under the bus to save their own skins. • There are individuals in the teams that have no idea what they're doing. • Lack of communication throughout the company. • Three month notice period. I have never known any other company I've worked for that does this.
