Customers get treated better than staff, the company disables staff discount on reduced items, at black Friday and you cannot book holidays at Christmas time making it very stressful. Work culture: New partners are bullied by older staff members because they reject any new form of replacement or viable alternative to themselves within the business. Management is in with this clique and punches down on younger staff members, everyone I started with 3 years ago has quit but myself amd another individual. Everyone I have worked with who has quit no matter the age cited this bullying and harassment culture ar the reason. General Cons: System of reviewing pay ans lodging absence is poor. Staff benefits aside form some benefits for booking hotels is poor. Pay is poor. Staff levels are poor leading to overworked staff. Rarely opportunities for overtime. Partnership does not feel equal or owned in any sense, input is not listened to.
