There are opportunities for advancement.

The management team have no respect for the employees. They will overwork and underpay until exhaustion. Expressing concern or setting boundaries is frowned upon. If you disagree with management, they retaliate. There’s always opportunities for a reason - no one stays, but Bullies thrive. Don’t bother addressing anything with HR either. It’s a waste of time and energy. Of all the companies I have worked for, I’ve never been treated as poorly. They’re always hiring.
