The communication style of management and upper management is off-putting. I’ve been here a year and a half with no raise. The same conversation I was told I wouldn’t be getting a raise, I was asked to take on more responsibility. If you express interest in moving up they will smile and nod and then bring in someone from the outside. Upper management is spread way too thin and as a result is unable to give the care and attention each store needs. I started part time and was lied to about how much I would be working. I ended up working many 14-15 days in a row with one day off. Keeping good employees is difficult for this company because pay is bad, schedules are inconsistent, and there is no opportunity for advancement.

Many different categories and opportunities to learn Decent PTO 15 days after 1 year Summer Fridays (at will of leadership) I would recommend coming to this company at a senior level. I would not recommend working here longer then 2 or 3 years as an assistant or even an associate. The expectations are lower for new hires, especially at more senior levels, take advantage of it if you can.
