As a result, it has created a lot of over lapping sales teams with unclear boundaries, unnecessary competitive strife, and poor employee morale. The existing system may work well for long-time and well-established employees, but for new employees it's a tough.

Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
