Incompetent management concerned only with dept growth - Recensione dipendente - Technical Writer presso Johnson Controls

In my department poor management and no transparency. For a graduate program there is very little structure around progression and some people have been graduates for more than 3 years with very little industry training. Pay is remarkably low compared to the rest of the market, no bonus structure, miniscule yearly increase which was sometimes skipped, no shares, poorly subsidised lunches. Management appear to be detached from the work of their subordinates.
