A living hell! I mean literally a living hell. HVAC Pune team management sucks at its best! They are just assuming their employees, their time their efforts. ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE! Everyday work is scheduled for 12+ hours, including weekends. They ask girls to work beyond 11 pm+ with no drop with security in addition you need to present in office at 9am next day. Management is sucker, each graphics project they start has to be delivered on the same day. Compromising quality of work. Poor estimations or they just lie to all employees so they can extend there work hours EVERYDAY! Torture for all the employees, they just don't care if employee is sick or not, they will ask you to work from home. Only God can save all the employees from this management hell!

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
