I will share my story: I got approached by HR about vacancy in JCI, after the interview process got selected and joined the JCI leaving my stable job. With 9 years of work experience. I joined the company and in just first 20 days management decided to do layoffs drive. And I was asked to resign they were targeting new joiners first. This is completely kind of mental harassment to me.
